  4. Man, I am six months away from my 36th birthday and I still feel like I am in my early twenties. Every year I turn another year, I don’t really feel like I have hit any milestone, or any different. Actually, I feel like society has conditioned us to make it like we have to feel different for some reason. Placing that expectation on us with birthday parties and supposedly your friends are to throw you one is strange actually. I mean really, another year has passed and your one year older, if you think about it, so what. At least that is how I feel about my birthday’s personally. I should research why birthdays become some sort of big deal that now the world thinks is a big deal. Happy Birthday though. 🙂
